In Jia Lei, we have designed a short 2 days course (6 hours from 8.30am - 2.30pm) for students to experience baking.
Students can have hands on experience in making their own cake/ pastry/ cookies/ puffs from scratch.
Along with their classmates, everyone will have fun baking and helping each other to create unique culinary
masterpieces of their own.
All the necessary utensils and ingredients will be provided. We will explain and demonstrate the cooking and
techniques needed. After which, everyone will set to work and enjoy.
