Our training provides two types of courses specially designed for domestic and commercial needs: Domestic Course 家庭课程These courses are conducted daily except on Mondays. The centre will provide all participants a monthly time-table including fees payable for each respective course. Those interested can be put on our regular mailing list. Students are provided with direct classroom training in the shortest possible time to master the skills and knowledge required to make them competent in the culinary field. Commerical Course 商业课程 This course caters to those who aspire to take up baking as their profession. It also covers the fundamentals and techniques of professional cake decoration. Students are taught to master all types of icing including Royal Icing for wedding cakes and the creation of cartoons and designs on cakes. Important skills such as the ability to pipe 3-dimensional flowers and figures will also be taught.
一, 提升同行业者原有之水准和技巧。 二, 让完全没有经验者在三个月内掌握基本技巧,能做出具专业水平之产品。 三, 全面了解面包,西饼,糕饼制作的窍门和原理。 训练中心的课程: 基本上分商业和家庭课。如届时技巧不能达到水准,可由老师决定延长学习,不另收费。 |
