In a team-oriented environment, each individual contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Every member, regardless of which specific department and job function of the organization are needed
to unify to accomplish the overall objectives.
Here in Jia Lei, we have a pleasant environment in aiding team building.
Along with your colleagues,
everyone will be divided into teams to make and create unique culinary masterpieces of your team.
Each team will be given the necessary utensils and equal amount of ingredients.
We will explain and demonstrate the cooking and techniques needed. After which, everyone will
set to work on creating the goodies in a team.
Each completed pieces will be judged on presentation,
creativity, taste and team effort.
Finally, everyone can enjoy the food. |
